And it’s a whole lot easier with the guidance and support of someone who has been there, done it and lives it. That’s me.     We’ll chat about your eating habits, foods you love, foods you won’t go near and what you want to achieve. You’ll discover practical information and ideas you can get excited about and implement right away. We’ll work together to create lasting change that fits your lifestyle and personal tastes, not mine or anyone else’s.

    I’ll come over and do a survey of your kitchen to see where we need to make room for ingredients and tools that will make eating as delicious and healthy as possible. And a whole lot of fun.

  • to market

    Armed with your personal shopping list, I’ll give you an in-depth tour of your health-food store. You’ll learn how to stock-up smart and understand label lingo. Then it gets even more fun…

  • let’s eat

    I’ll prepare a meal with you and share ideas for healthy and scrumptious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and all the snacks in between. These will be simple “un-recipes” you’ll want to make day after day, and you’ll pick up time-saving skills to make light of any meal.

  • checking in

    By this point you’ll be well on your way, but it’s nice to know we can catch up on how you’re doing and what you’re feeling. We’ll schedule a telephone chat and do just that.
