divine muesli
Serves 1
To make things even easier, keep a tub of chopped brazils, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts and sunflower seeds in a sealed tub in the fridge (whenever possible soak nuts and seeds overnight to activate their enzymes and make them more digestible).
1/2 apple, cored and grated
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
2 tablespoons mixed nuts
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon goji berries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup
Put all ingredients into a bowl in order listed, or mix it up your way.
