In your gym bag, on the move, at your desk… make up a big batch of this for the perfect on-the-go snack. Soak the almonds and seeds overnight first to activate their enzymes and make them more digestible, then let them dry before adding them to the mix.
Equal parts:
Cashews
Almonds
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Goji berries
Dried apple
Cacao nibs
Coconut chips
Shake all ingredients together in a sealed container. Can be frozen and scooped out as needed.
